Broadband Upgrade

Hi, I have been trying to upgrade my broadband to Sky Ultra £32 per month for 18 months. The page keeps coming up with a message 'Technical issue, our fault/end, not yours '. Can anyone please help?

Give sky a call on 150 from your sky landline or sky mobile or
zero three three three seven five nine one zero one eight from any other phone

Or if in Ireland

Call sky ireland on

Remove all the full stops
