Fibre was installed yesterday and 24 hours later I've got a red light on my box and it's no longer working.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Cam15 you will ned to report the issue to Sky by calling them. A small % of installs do fail unfortunately if its full fibre one of the welded joints between the fibre has failed they have to be perfect which isnt easy to do outside in winter.
