Broadband Speed

10mins ago I checked broadband Speed, the speed was found to be Download 35.4mbps and upload 13.9mbps. Last night I checked the speed and the results were slower. In addition I could not sign into my Sky account and could not use your speed checker. I used Which broadband checker.

I have checked the speed several times since the start of the contract and I have not had the speed I signed up for. Can you advise?

@JON143 Are you aware that posting on this Forum you are not addressing sky, customer to customer's just like yourself. What speed are you looking at, know one knows or has any idea. If you wish to deal with sky, then you have to call them.
