Broadband Shield error message "Sorry, something went wrong"

When trying to go into Broadband Shield I get the above message.

.Are you signed in with your main Sky ID so the one you use to view your Sky bill ?

The same thing is happening to me and nobody offered to help me with a chat, what's up with that? I'v e phoned Sky multiple times and it's still not resolved. This has been going on since 26th September.
