Broadband Sheild Settings won’t load

Since joining Sky I was able to control my Sky Sheild settings with ease . This week however when I want to adapt it the only thing that comes up is the "always active/inactive" part (which doesn't work even if I wanted it to) and the list of content to block has gone. I've tried both the app (which I updated just incase) and online and neither show it.
Has anyone else had this problem and know how I can fix it? Thanks
