This is getting a little bit ridiculous now. My whole family and I have been having to use data just to browse. When will this get fixed. I understand there is an engineer coming, but it isnt just me facing the issue.
I have tried resetting the router multiple times, unplugged it etc. Nothing happens. Please inform us on what is happening and when this will be fixed

If so pestering the forum with multiple posts wont get you anywhere. The standard fault fix timeline is an aim of 2 working days from the point of report but this can slip if Openreach are busy or your issue is more complex. This is industry standard and its out of Skys hands.
