Discussion topic: Broadband Router?

I'm a first time buyer and moved into my first house at the beginning of this month. I've ordered the boardband package and sky stream, the sky stream box has arrived and my internet is due to be installed on 7th Feb. Just wondering when my router will be delievered? Has anyone experienced the same thing?

The router will be posted to be with you anytime up until the day before activation

Yes: Stream pucks are delivered 'next day' but Sky Hub despatch is timed for arrival shortly before the scheduled broadband activation date: this causes lots of confusion because unfortunately Sky doesn't adequately explain the difference in lead times.
