I upgraded my sky broadband which came with a £10 fee and a new router/hub. My new faster broadband should of been active on 3rd october 2024, and I should also have recieved my new paid for in the set up router. The router is still saying 'coming soon' and I don't know if I am getting the faster broadband. I thought I needed the new router in order to get my faster broadband, I also signed up for the faster better broadband due to keep getting notfications that my sky service wasn't working properly and when trying it always came up with a problem with the router.
I haven't been able to get through to anyone on a chat, as I don't have time to sit and wait on the end of the phone due to being at work.
I think this is wrong that I have paid alot more for my broadband with a set up fee, and I don't have the product I am paying for

Not necessarily: the Sky Broadband Hub and even the Q Hub are both compatible with all the possible Sky Broadband line speeds.
If you've ordered a product which involves a change from FTTC to FTTP, that has a separate lead time for installation of the fibre optic cable circuit to the subscription address.
