Morning , literally been sent round in circles can't get through to anyone to get help with broadband they had only just fixed it from the last issue we had as it went down for over ten days and repeated engineer visits were cancelled by sky can't get through on any of there customer care numbers pay a small fortune for broadband for it to be down again . I've done the whole reset and check the line thing .Really frustrating we're in somerset and it's been down since about 11pm
