Broadband - No internet

My sky service checker says no fault or issues but i have no wifi in the house and all devices say no internet.

As you have run the service checker then try running the line test here:

 

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
