Broadband - New order

I've just ordered Broadband, due to having problems with my previous provider.

I need to allow 3p days to come out of the contract. How do i change to delivery date with Sky?

@Gillian35

What installation date have Sky given you as usually it would be 14 days or more into the future.

@Gillian35

Who are you moving from? BT state 30 days notice but that doesn't seem to count when switching, only terminating completely. My BT contract ended on 2nd November & I ordered Sky on 1st, for activation on 15th. I was only charged up until the activation date, not for 30 days.

Re: Broadband - New order

I'm moving from talktalk.

I'm concerned in case they end up charging me if it's less than the 30 days .
