Broadband Issues

Just had 500mb sky fitted.

The speed check in fine.

However My tv's keep buffering & is not solid in all rooms.

Was with Virgin. Worked great,  but cost too much. Sky said  that their system would be suitable for my requirements. It's  not

 What can I do?

@Mick2709 When you signed up for sky, did you take the whole Sky Max package which includes the extra addon for the subscription.

If you did then all the details required are below. but you DO need to call to get any additional booster hardware. With a new install, then the placement off the sky Hub may just be in not a good spot. See the link below.
