Broadband Issues

I have reset my wifi router multiple times and turned the outlet on and off and while all the lights are green the internet is still not working. No browser online will open, netflix/any streaming apps, and social media is all not working. Everything seems to be fine so I am unsure what to do next. I need this to be solved fast as I work from home. Thank you!!
