Broadband Engineer

Hi guys, Im new to sky broadband, Im currently waiting for the engineer to arrive but due to work commitments I need the installation a lot sooner. I've tried rescheduling but the earliest date is 4 weeks away. Is there any other way of getting an earlier installation date? Many thanks, Mohammed.

Apart from a cancellation in your area you'll have been given the earliest possible appointment.

Would I be notified of a cancellation?

Unlikely. Sky won't necessarily have access to availability of Openreach engineers.

If it's in the UK, putting the address into the BT Wholesale Availability Checker should indicate which broadband provisioning type is applicable.

https://www.broadbandchecker.btwholesale.com/#/ADSL/AddressHome

It's the table and the two text lines below it which are most useful.

Remove any personal information (such as the address itself) if you post an image.
