Broadband Dropping at night

My broadband is dropping every night from about 8pm onwards, gets worse as the night goes on, works for 20 minutes, goes for 10 minutes, contacted Sky and a technician called out but couldn't find a fault, Another technician to call on Thursday but as the last guy said "no point is us coming back out as everything checks out fine" Worked perfect for almost a year then 2 weeks of this..! Our next door neighbour who we share a pole with started having the same problem as us at the same time but they are with Vodafone,
