So my Broadband is about to go from £28/month to £49/month.
Obviously, I'm not particularly thrilled at the thought of my broadband almost doubling in price for no discernible reason and I'd like to know what other options Sky Broadband has that are closer to what I've currently budgeted for.
Unfortunately, the only option available to me on the website is a £6 upgrade(!), and the AI chatbot is frankly (and insultingly) useless.
I know I can get a pretty good deal with my blue light card if I switch to another provider, but I would very much like to talk to an actual human being at Sky Broadband to see what options there may be before I have to go through all that hassle.
