@Laurameling  If you mean the wifi password for your Sky Hub this is printed normally on a label on the back or underneath the router.

 

No one here would know your wifi password.

 

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Im trying to get my firestick working with no remote says you can join hotspot but havent got the password any idea?

What hotspot? The only connection methods your Sky hub has is via Ethernet, WPS button or WiFi password
