We have just switched from BT to sky broadband super gigafast and paid extra for the max. We are sitting outside and we have all lost connection on our mobiles. We used to have a great connection with BT. Please advise or we will return to BT during the cooling off period.

Do the mobiles reconnect to your wifi if you are back indoors ?

All of our mobiles connected when we came back in the house.

You could try something like a booster but Sky max and the wall to wall guarantee is not for external locations:

The WiFi Max Guarantee doesn't cover unconverted lofts, gardens or external rooms, buildings or structures, like sheds or garden offices.

Do you supply a booster and how much do they cost.

If you have broadband max on your account then Sky will loan these to you so you would need to get in touch with them about getting one.
