Constant issues with my wifi lately, im working from home and get disconnected a lot lately which Is not looking very professional for me. Need to get this issue sorted ASAP as im a paying customer, and can't be getting these problems on a daily.

@Brent85 If the connection test doesn't show any issues you will have to call Sky to log the fault, working from home won't get you any priority as you are using a domestic only service.
