Brand new Sky Broadband Customer

Hi,

 

I was previously with BT and then Plusnet, had a great (?) offer from Sky to switch my Broadband which I did on Sep 2nd - every day I get dropouts - normally over 10 a day.

 

I have a Sky Max Hub and i have been through the restart procedure but still this happens.

 

I have 1gb FTTP and as I say this has been fine with 2 other providers.

 

Any ideas?

Try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.


If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.

Hi 

Thank you, I have tried that a couple of times now and it says all good/green, as this is intermittant i think I will have to call them,

 

Do you know where I can find the number please?
