Box has no power

Hello, our devices say no connection the hub has no power or any lights on, everything is switched on and plugged in however on test my connection on my sky app says the hub is connected?? Please help I have a teenager

@Essexbirdkel sounds like the hub is faulty assuming it isnt. Simply a dodgy mains socket. Call Sky to report the fault so they can send you a replacement.

Have you tried  it in a different  plug socket  if you  can, and have you checked the fuse in the plug  itself?

If that doesn't  work then  ring  sky as the hub is faulty  and needs replacing
