Boosters suddenly cut out
My WiFi and phone cut out briefly yesterday. The phone came back on and the WiFi did after I'd restarted the router. But the two boosters aren't working now - the middle "connected " button is now no longer green. I've tried resetting and moving them nearer to the router, but stil not working

You may need to factory reset both the router & boosters. You can do this by holding the reset button on the Sky hub & Boosters for a minimum of 30 seconds.
