If you already have 'Wi-Fi Max' or now choose to purchase it as an add-on (currently £6 a month), Sky will loan you up to 3 booster pods. Call Sky to arrange the first one.
Additional pods then require an engineer visit to check your set up, https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max
