Booster

I order my broadband to have a booster with it, as I've got a big house with solid walls throughout. As I told the person who I ordered through over the phone it has been a persistent problem with my previous supplier. However you haven't sent me a booster with my new service. The engineer came to connect it today and the WiFi isn't strong enough to power my SkyQ TV. Please sort this out asap.

If not and if you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will supply up to 3 pods as you can read about here:
