I've just renewed my sky and the broadband is no longer reaching. All rooms

@Dewster Why, renewing would not cause that to happen, there is no change to anything!

They updated my hub, it's no where near as good as the old one, no idea why .....it's in the same place as the previous ! they are sending out boosters

@Dewster Did you go sky Max when you upgraded? That will be the reason!
