Re: Booster
@AaronJames Sky supply matchec extender pods as part of tge Sky WiFi max bundle if customers cannot get a minimum of 10Mb/s in every room in their homes rusing to 25Mb/s if tgey buy Ultrafast, otherwise you can use third party wifi extenders but normally you need to disable tge Sky hub's wifi to avoid interference. Older Sky boistersxare incompatable and cannot bu used for anything other than improving connections between SkyQ boxes.

Re: Booster
Thank you, how do I contact sky for the booster? I live in an upstairs flat with the router being in one of the bedrooms due to that's where the modem is and cannot move it. Signal and speed is rubbish in my living room & kitchen. My ring doorbell won't connect

Re: Booster
@AaronJames either call them or you should be able to add the Wifi max bundle in the My Sky app but you willstill have to call to get them to send out an extender pod. Buying WiFi Max will start a new 24 month contract and normally costs between £5 to £7.50 a month. Buying third party kit can be cheaper in the long run.

Re: Booster
My thing with third party kit is if I buy a good one that does gaming and everything will it connect sky and operate as well as their own pods. I'll phone them in a while. I've got the sky max hub the fast fibre router it just doesn't give what my old router used to without the booster.

Re: Booster
I've spoken with sky they advised to either get a third party booster for entire home or they can upgrade something. I see you have the TP-Link Deco M4 units. How are they within your network
