I've been playing with my booster in my sons new office I have built and despite trying absolutely everything I can not get a connection can someone please help

if I can't sort it by Monday he'll have to move back in his bedroom for the foreseeable 🤦‍♂️

OK: the basic principle of a 'booster' is that if it isn't receiving a wireless signal then it has nothing to 'boost'.

Where is this office in relationship to the next nearest Sky hardware (Hub or Q box)?
