Booster to cabin office

I was told by Jiad sky sales advisor I was getting a booster extender which has not arrived and my signal is poor in my garden cabin office 

I'm a Diamond VIP over 20+ years just upgraded recently to glass gen2 broadband 2.5 phone talk and sim under one complete package 

however since I've had to pay more money for puck which said was included now not received booster extender device again told I was getting FOC - listen to the phone recording how can I obtain ? What was sold to me ???

Under the terms of the WiFi Max subscription supplement, booster pucks are claimable retrospectively.

Unfortunately, external buildings are specifically excluded.
