Booster plug

How do I send A booster plugin back came with sky glass but engineers said got it for 2 years then get charged

However, I would advise you check with Sky to make sure what the engineer told you is correct. i think it is lost in translation somewhere.

Glass is a subscription television product and unlike Sky Q they don't loan boosters to support it.

 

Booster pods are loaned under the 'Enhanced Wall to Wall WiFi Guarantee' element of the WiFi Max subscription supplement.

 

If you have that on your Sky Broadband subscription then cancelling it would trigger a request to return the pod.
