Booster not working
I have a booster wired in in a different room to the router via Ethernet. It has no lights on, but if I unplug it and plug it in again I get flashing white light, then nothing. My connection to WiFi is incredibly poor - I should be getting full bars as sat right next to the wired booster.

Re: Booster not working
Which booster is it? Some boosters dont support ethernet backhaul and you would need to pair it to your main hub via WPS.

Re: Booster not working
Should there be a light on if it's working?

Re: Booster not working
The light on the pod goes off when its connected and working. Its a bit counter-intuitive.

Re: Booster not working
Ok - issue is my laptop is connecting to the router, not the booster. How do I change this

Re: Booster not working
Sorted - solution was to change the security level (in app) from l3 to l2.
not sure of implications here, but does now work

Re: Booster not working
The security levels are just WPA2 vs WPA3. Switching back to WPA2 still means your network is secure as WPA2 is still considered a secure standard.
