Hi
I recently had a new router sent to me as my old one stopped working. It came with a small white plug in box which I assumed was the booster. I sent back both the old router and the old big booster but now we can't get wifi upstairs. I think perhaps the small white box is not the booster?! I am paying an additional £7.50 per month for this service.
