Book a service Engineer
I have had a problem with my broadband , router , WiFi signal and connection and mini boxes 3 no . I have wasted hours on chat bots and now I hustled need a service engineer to come to my house and test my equipment; How do I actually get a service engineer to come to my house

@Paul1693 Sky do not routinely send out engineers to deal with WiFi issues. However if Q boxesxare not connecting it is worth talking to them as Sky Q does still havecengineering support. To get past the bot decline its offers of support.
