Sky Broadband Shield I have tried to block in the category of social networks What's app, Instagram but it is not possible i can still send messages, which social networks can be blocked with this option???

Unfortunately app blocking through Broadband Shield is not particularly effective.

The way Sky Shield is at the moment it just isnt viable to do. You'll need look at a 3rd party option
