Black screen

Hi I have the sky menu display but when select something to watch all I get is a black screen

@Bigg362  What device is this happening on?  As customers we don't know what TV service you have (Sky Q, Sky Glass or Sky Stream) from Sky so can't really start to help you until you provide some more info.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
