Big fire in Deptford

Yesterday a terrible thigh happen. I building in Deptford/Cutty Sark area got fire. After 12 hours the firefighters put the fire off. Thanks god nobody got hurt. Im living in this area and since yesterday internet doesnt work. it could be this the problem? Im trying to get help but sky support team (bots) are just disastrous.
