Better offer for broadband

I've been a loyal Sky customer for many years and would prefer to stay with Sky, but the price increase to £49 a month is quite a lot. I've been offered broadband elsewhere for £24.99 a month, so there's a significant difference in price. As a long-standing customer, I'd really appreciate it if you could offer me a better deal to stay with Sky. Is there anything you can do to bring the price closer to what I'm being offered elsewhere?

As we are customers here you will need to call Sky and any offer given might mean start a new contract.
