Bandwidth and MS Teams
Hi everyone. I'm a bit confused. My WiFi tests show I've got functional broadband. Although it's 37mb download speed. And as fast as it's every going to be in these rural parts. My issue is that I work from home and it's not coping with my MS teams work. My phone works but my laptop is showing "no connection" to my WiFi. Flummoxed!

Re: Bandwidth and MS Teams
Hi @LouiseR967
Online calling like Teams relies more on low latency and a reliable connection than raw speed. When using WiFi you may be subject to interference or contention which can affect the usability of apps like Teams. Often its better to use ethernet, especially when working from home.
