Bad workmanship

I had a engineer come today to change over to full fibre. The workmanship is terrible with wires going over tiles and other issues. How do I get this sorted as it's ruined a well presented house

Yes, that's pretty horrible.  Were they not supervised, and the route to the ONT location agreed in advance?
