My wifi hss been bad for over a week noe on all my devices

@scaffjpw run the service checker in the My Sky app and look at the speedtest results to see if it is an issue with your Briadband connection. If it isnt that the issue could be with WiFi interferencecwhich cannoften be sorted by rebooting your hub.
