Bad wi-fi again

Just moved house , got my WiFi connected , running good for 3days now only getting 40% of the speed promised.  Terrible at my last home no different in the new

@Annoyed-custom007 run the service checker in the My Sky app as if speeds tonthe hub are lower than guaranteed for your new line it should offer help. One issue is running speeds on a device connected by wifi often just measures the wifibspeed in your home which will depend on the layout and type of construction of your home.
