Bad upload on ps5

Should be above 40 and was for a while now ranged from 5 too 20 max up and down?

Hi @Ps591 

The speedtest on PS5s is notoriously awful, if you need to measure your speed I would do it on a different device.

@jamesn123  Thats quite interesting as I do speed test on my PS4 and often have thought that its giving me the wrong speed.
