Bad reception

For the psssed 2 days we have had poor reception on wi fi di we need a boosters or extender

@Denise175 wifi signal strength should not have changed in the last couple of days unless you have moved the hub or devices or your neighbour's network is causing interference. While you can get boosters from Sky but they will charge you for them as they only come as part of a extra package like WiFi Max see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max.

 

If you think the issue is interference then rsboot your hub which should make it find the least congested channel. Also check the broadband speed to your hub in the service checker in the My Sky app.
