Bad internet connection

Bad internet connection. Trying to watch Netflix's. But it constantly is trying to load. My phone is also dropping connection to my WiFi which has had a inpact of my data usage on my phone contract as can't use WiFi

@Chloe145 Is the issue a slow connection to your hub or WiFi speed in your home. The first is something Sky can help with intially run the connection test in the My Sky app by clicking onnthe broadband connection link to run the full test and it will tell you what your speeds are and if tgey are not as theyvshould be can offer to book an engineer to check your line.

 

Slow WiFi is morecdifficult as WiFi speeds sre affected by the layout, tupe of construction and level of interference in your home. Most of thst is not something Sky can control. They do sell add-on bundles to improve WiFi speeds by using boosters but before buying anything check your hub is in the best position which is out in the open on a surface above obstructions like radiators.
