I've always had problems with sky wifi and have had many engineers come to tell us do this or do this . We have listened to all steps yet it is still terrible.
Testing WiFi speed on the sky app obviously tells me it is over 65 ( I have never had that ) but if I test it on another trusted app I can't even reach 1mps download, my PlayStation can also do testing and yesterday couldn't even get to 1mps again.
I was playing PlayStation earlier and it was okay little laggy but okay for a while then Sunddenly everything won't work anymore. I can't rejoin the WiFi as the network is apparently too weak and if I do tests are giving me poor downloads speed again.
I'm very fed uip with sky as it seems to be a problem all the time with them and even on my phone the WiFi struggles to watch YouTube.
