Bad choice

Signed up with Sky recently. Moved from virgin. Sky is much worse! Internet keeps dropping out not good when you work from home. Half way through tv programme and it drops out

did the on line test said there's a problem checked it all said it should all be working now ..... it isn't, obviously that doesn't work properly either 😢

What is your broadband speed, how is your  tv  connected to  the  Internet and you may need  a  booster  call sky and ask for one
