@SteD80 not an unusual issue sounds like you either need a simple booster which Sky will supply if you uogradecto their broadband boost bundle or an upgrade to their Wifi Max package which uses much newer kit with up ton3 extenders. Alternstively you could buy your own whole home WiFi set up as I donwhich can work out cheaper innthe long t]run.
