Open reach engineer came again today to connect fibre optic cable but again could not carry out the work which should have been down months ago. What a waste of time and money again.. Do you really know how to connect the system?? The engineer was embarrassed and apologised again for the lack of comms between Sky and open reach. Anyway what year can I expect Fibre optic connection???
