BT internet Hub

Internet due to go live in 6 days and still says on the tracking it's not been dispatched, how long before it goes live should I receive it

Bt internet hub. Do you mean the openreach fibre optic ont or the sky router?

Yes so you'll be getting a Sky hub, not a BT Hub.

The Sky hub is usually sent a few days before activation so give it another day or so before you look to contact Sky.

When is activation day?

 

The ont fibre optic modem will be installed on the day of activation. The sky router should be with you up until the day before
