BT Openreach socket damaged
Hi Folks. I think I may know the answer but just wanted to reach out and check. Son knocked the BT Openreach socket off the wall and it is hanging on by a thread. Broadband is still working but, fearing further damage, I'm looking to get it secured.
Should I contact BT Openreach direct? Any idea of the costs involved?
Thanks for your advice.

Re: BT Openreach socket damaged
@Pr00psy you need to talk to Sky in the first instance they will either get one of their own engineers out or book an Openreach engineer. There is likely to be a cost but you will have to talk to Sky to gind out how much moving a master socket is £150 from memory.

Re: BT Openreach socket damaged
Openreach don't deal with the public directly. Their customer is Sky, so you will have to go through Sky customer services.
