BROADBAND SPEED

How do I contact sky to ask about my broadband speed I should be guaranteed 299GB but did a test and I am getting 55GB, which is way off what I am paying for and it is anightmare to actuall speak to someone or email.

 

WHY IS IT SO HARD.

Broadband speeds is measure in Mbps not Gbps (the Highest speed Sky offer is 5Gbps on the CF Network)

 

How are you doing the speed test?

Sorry, I meant Mbps.  I did a speed test and this is what I got

@MarkN2  How are you running the tests?  Over wifi or on a ethernetconnected device?
